Hi, my name is Doris and it is no coincidence that your Higher Guidance has led you here.

Looking back over the years I would say that I had always been fascinated with the fundamental questions of life such as: who am I, where do I come from, why am I here and what am I here to do.
Growing up in a traditional Vietnamese culture those questions were never answered and often viewed as a waste of time. I was taught to follow strict rules and guidelines of who and what I should be, according to what was culturally and socially acceptable at the time. I became an obedient daughter, a pharmacist, a wife, a mother so that I could be loved and accepted by my parents. I gradually became deeply unhappy, emotionally drained, lost and stuck in the mediocrity of life, forgetting the true nature of who I am.

Furthermore a few years into my practice as a pharmacist I became disheartened by what I saw in my field of work. The medications that I prepared for the customers were only masking the symptoms of their medical conditions at best and not actually treating the root cause of it. In my view, medications are excellent in the management of emergency or life-threatening situations but not in the treatment of common diseases. Furthermore, the idea of holistic health and well-being was not a common practice in this field at the time. With everything falling apart in my life, I felt a strong urge to follow my heart and embarked on a journey of self-discovery as well as learning about the true nature of health and well-being. I began studying Naturopathy, then midway through the course I switched over to Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed the training. This was one of the major turning point of my life as it opened the door to an entirely new world that I never knew existed. As a result, I continued diving deeply into the exploration of spirituality and esoteric teachings over the past two decades. I studied Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Angel Intuitive, Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT) (level 1 & 2), Matrix Energetics, Generational Healing, Voice Channelling, Intuitive Healing and more. I knew I was on the right path and my journey of self discovery continues to this day.

Throughout my journey over the years, I have truly come to appreciate all that life has to offer. I have studied with brilliant teachers, met so many wonderful and uplifting friends along the way, and experienced the ups and downs that life brings to each of us. Ultimately though I have come to realize that we are here to help and support each other to learn, to grow, to evolve and most important of all, to awaken to the truth of who we are. I love helping people and I am here to support you in whatever way that is needed so that you can align with the heart frequencies of love, joy, fulfillment, gratitude, appreciation, vitality, abundance, spontaneity, fun and laughter, as these frequencies are the higher vibrations of the true nature of who we are.
